General conditions

• Users can reserve, modify and pay for tickets up to one hour before the departure time of the trip, provided there are free seats, through the website www.bus2macarella.com or www.bus.e-torres.net
• Users will have to pay the reservation of the tickets at the end of the purchase process with a credit card.
• When boarding the bus it is only necessary to indicate to the driver the name and the locator.
• A reservation can be modified up to one hour before the departure time of the trip indicated in your reservation, both on and off.
• A reservation can be canceled up to one hour before the departure time of the first trip and the amount will be returned on the same credit card used to purchase the reservation.
• To modify or cancel a purchased reservation, it is essential to indicate the reservation code received after confirming the purchase of the reservation.
• The users who hold T-General, T-Mes or T-Joven cards of the public transport service offered by the Insular Council of Menorca:
  • They will have discounts for the purchase of tickets for the Ciutadella-Macarella line. The T-General, T-Mes or T-Young large family cards will have discounts on all lines.
  • They will have to indicate that they are holders of a card and their card number in the form of reservation and purchase of tickets.
  • You will have to indicate as many cards as travelers will use them.
  • The system will not let you indicate the same card more than once.
  • Transportation cards used in the reservation must be presented to the driver when boarding the vehicle.
