What are the benefits?
– It allows for the T-10 and T-40 season tickets to be loaded at the same time. Up to three different season tickets can be loaded at the same time.
– It allows the user to obtain the discounts for transport if they are a member of a large family (familia numerosa) applied with these season tickets.
When does it expire?

Members of large families: the discount expires when the large family (familia numerosa) discount expires and it can be renewed by presenting a certificate that is in force and accredits that they are still part of a large family.

In any citizen’s advice service (SAC) of the Menorca Island Council.
How much does it cost??
– The first issue is free.
– If the card is lost, damaged due to improper upkeep or broken, the holder must pay the corresponding fee for a duplicate copy to be issued. They will be exempt from paying the fee if the card doesn’t work for reasons that are not the fault of the holder.

– A photograph of their card; not necessary if the card is issued directly at the Citizen’s Advice Service.

Users who are retired or pensioners, the unemployed or people at risk of social exclusion or disabled people who meet any of the following requirements:
a- They have a certificate confirming their disability, issued by the assessment and orientation team at the base centre in Palma, with a degree of disability equal to or higher than 65%.
b- They have acknowledgement of reduced mobility issued by the assessment and orientation team at the base centre in Palma.
c- They have acknowledgement of a learning disability issued by the assessment and orientation team at the base centre in Palma.
What are the benefits?
– It allows the holder to use public transport with 50% discount on the price of a single ticket.
– It allows the user to obtain the discounts for transport if they are a member of a large family (familia numerosa) applied with these season tickets.
When does it expire?
La expiry date of the card will depend on the requirement stipulated for it to be issued:
a. People with disabilities: It expires on the next review date for the disability certificate and can be renewed by presenting the relevant renewed disability certificate. In the case of permanent disability, the card must be renewed every 5 years, presenting the valid document that accredits the user’s identity and the relevant disability certificate.
b. Unemployed people: It expires every three months and can be renewed when the certificate for the Balearic Island Employment Service (SOIB) is renewed accrediting their situation and providing the certificate that states that they have an income no higher than the minimum inter-salary wage (SMI) 2016.
c. Persons in situation or at risk of social exclusion: This expires every six months and can be renewed by providing a certificate from the social services from the holder’s local council accrediting this situation.
d. Retired people or pensioners: This expires every 5 years and can be renewed by providing a valid document accrediting the user’s identity.
